3. Police reports including the date, time and location of the incident
4. Correspondence relating to the claimed event
5. Names and contacts of any service providers you used to assist you
6. Invoices for any out-of-pocket expenses
7. Receipts for lost or damaged items
8. Contact information/phone numbers where you can be reached
